about
I am an Amsterdam-based multidisciplinary designer and artist specializing in 'space'. My work blends dramaturgical insight with storytelling and spatial design skills to create environments that stimulate curiosity and connection.
I have worn various hats throughout years, but the thread that connects each of them is that they were all focused on the space. That is why I do not hesitate to say that 'space' is my medium.
Currently, I focus on independent projects and collaborations with other designers and design studios, exploring innovative ways to bring narratives to life through space. Whether it is for a museum, for a brand, or for an event, I develop concepts, artworks, and design spaces with stories

My creative journey began in stage and set design, where I contributed to prominent productions in Istanbul as a freelance art director and spatial designer. In 2016, I co-founded Studio NokNok, producing props, decors, masks, and puppets, making me familiar with all stages of craftsmanship and production.
Collaborating with creatives and local communities has always been central to my work, leading me to explore placemaking through various workshops and programs. Not only as a participant but also as a facilitator and designer, I’ve engaged in designing inclusive, community-driven spaces that foster connection and dialogue.
Driven by a fascination with the systems that shape our lives and the spaces they create, I pursued a master’s degree in Interior Architecture: Research + Design at Piet Zwart Institute. My thesis explored the instrumentalization of objects in bordering practices.
Today, I continue collaborating with design studios and agencies in the Netherlands while pursuing independent ventures that spark creativity and connection.
